Refund Policy
We genuinely hope you love your new pieces. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days for all customers in the United States. For international returns, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Choosing Store Credit ensures a full refund of the purchase amount. The return period begins from the date your order is fulfilled.
To Qualify for a Return:
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging, such as tags, box, and pouch. Brain’Storm reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not returned in satisfactory condition.
Refund Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 7 business days after being received by Brain’Storm. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please be aware that payment processing times are beyond our control, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
